What does the WBW-001 actually do?

You empty the wheelie bin, invert it over a square SS304 stand, and a 60° spinner at 40 GPM / 300 PSI washes the interior. It is not a hydraulic invert cabinet, not a truck-mount, and not a closed-loop recycler. Drawing pack WBW-001 is the product.

Do operators still lift the bin?

Yes. Empty two-wheel bins are inverted onto the 8-inch stand by hand. That is lighter and cleaner than standing a dirty 240 on its lid and lancing it, but it is not zero manual handling. If you need a powered invert, this is the wrong machine — say so on the quote form.

Where does the water go?

Out of the inverted bin and onto the floor. You need a drain, gully, or interceptor at the wash point. The 55-gallon drum is the clean supply, filled by a Hudson float valve from a hose bib. This station will not keep you out of a discharge argument by itself.

Designed around empty 120–240 L two-wheel bins whose mouth sits over the 24-inch riser. 360 L can work if the lip still seals over the stand. 660 L and 1100 L four-wheel containers are out of scope on this stand envelope (40.75 × 36 in).

What power do we need?

Accepted Answer

WEG PESWS starter as drawn: coil 208–240 VAC 60 Hz / 180–208 VAC 50 Hz. The G15B20T is typically a 230 V, 2 HP, 60 Hz motor. Confirm the pump nameplate against your panel before the PO. A true 50 Hz export may need a different motor, not only the starter coil. No 3-phase cabinet, no PLC.

Is it really 40 GPM at 300 PSI at the same time?

The spinner is specified 1 in FNPT, 40 GPM, 300 PSI. The booster on sheet 1 is a Webtrol G15B20T — 15 GPM nominal family, 20 stages, 2 HP. The EZ series is rated capacities to 40 GPM and pressures to 500 PSI on the curve, not both peaks at once. Title block is the system rating. Ask for the operating point at your hose-bib suction and spinner head before you treat 40 × 300 as a simultaneous duty.

How fast is a wash?

A 20–40 second interior shot is the practical cycle. Water use tracks the pump curve, not the spinner’s peak stamp — budget on the order of 10–25 gallons. One operator typically clears 20–40 empty bins an hour including invert and roll-away. Anyone quoting 100 bins/hour on this drawing is selling a different machine.

No. We sell the station. No routes, no van wraps, no royalty. If you already run waste, food, or a dock that bins return to, WBW-001 is plant.
