Industries

If you already own the bins, you should own the wash.

Johnson Wash Systems is sold to operations managers — not to franchisees looking for a route. Four floors we specified the prototype around.

Waste contractors & transfer stations

Wash returning 240s at the gate without a hydraulic cabinet or a contractor van.

  • Empty the bin, invert it over the spinner, 20–40 seconds, back on the floor.
  • Needs a drain or interceptor — this is an open wash, not a sealed cabinet.
  • Capex a depot manager can sign without a board circus.

Food waste & organics

300 PSI on a 60° spinner reaches the base and lid seal a lance keeps missing.

  • Interior film on food 240s is why residents complain.
  • Site it over a grease-capable drain. Do not pretend this is closed-loop.
  • Second stand option lets one pump feed two invert positions.

Healthcare & facilities docks

A dock-side interior wash for empty containers, not a clinical autoclave.

  • SS304 wetted parts, TIG, no painted frame in the wash zone.
  • Fits a loading dock. 8 in stand height. No pit.
  • Lock out the starter when the tilt switch says the drum is wrong.

Campuses, airports, plants

Night-shift interior wash of litter and recycling bins that actually come home empty.

  • One operator, 208–240 V, a hose bib, a drain.
  • Quiet compared with a pressure-washer lance in an echoing dock.
  • If bins never return to a dock, this is the wrong machine — keep the contractor.
