Sequence

Invert-over-spinner. That is the whole machine.

No clamp. No hydraulic invert. No sealed cabinet. If that is what you need, say so on the quote — we will tell you this drawing is the wrong one.

Full cycle · start, invert, cutaway, stop
Cutaway · live 60° spinner from the yard test composited inside the inverted 240. The bin is opaque — this is the only way to show jet impact on the interior.

01

Empty and present

WBW-001 is for empty two-wheel bins. A wet 240 is a manual-handling incident, not a wash cycle. Roll the empty bin to the stand.

02

Invert over the riser

The stand is 8 inches tall. Seat the bin mouth over the 24-inch riser so the spinner sits inside. Keep hands off the nozzle envelope before you start the pump.

03

Spinner wash

WEG starter, Webtrol G15B20T, 60° nozzle, 40 GPM, 300 PSI. Twenty to forty seconds. Water sheets the interior and leaves the bin onto the slab. The cutaway uses the live yard spinner over this invert cycle — the 240 is opaque HDPE, so that is how you see the jets hit.

04

Drain and reset

You need a drain or interceptor. The 55-gallon drum is clean supply, Hudson-valved from a hose bib. FLS-HT-100 watches level and tilt. Then roll the bin away.
