Why 40 GPM at 300 PSI is the spec that actually cleans a 240

The WBW-001 spinner is specified 1 in FNPT, 60°, 40 GPM, 300 PSI. The booster on the drawing is an EZ Webtrol G15B20T — a horizontal multi-stage that will hold that duty. Pressure is not the flex. Coverage is. With the bin inverted over the riser, the nozzle sits inside the container and the spray star hits base, walls, and the lid ring.

Water math a manager should do

40 GPM for 30 seconds is 20 gallons. The 55-gallon drum is two or three bins unless the Hudson valve is on a hose bib. This is not a 1.8 litre closed-loop story. Budget water and a drain, or do not buy the station.

Sheet 4 is 0.125 in 304 plate, TIG all-around. Food residue and leachate destroy painted mild steel. The wetted spool is Class 2000 stainless fittings. The pump suction is 1.5 in reducing to 1 in at the stand. That is the BOM. Ask every vendor to match it line by line.
